These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.inspiredlifeandwellness.com), booking system, and services including acupuncture, cupping, Gua Sha, and Tui Na massage. By booking an appointment or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance of changes.

1. Services Provided

We offer traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatments by qualified practitioner Anita Linskill (LicAc, BSc, DipTn). Services include:

• Acupuncture for pain relief, stress, migraines, and more.

• Cupping, Gua Sha, and Tui Na massage.
  Treatments are provided in our clinic at The Retreat New Forest (upstairs access; please note for mobility). All sessions last 45-90 minutes.​

2. Booking and Payments

​

• Book online via our secure system or by email/phone/text.

• Full payment due at booking (credit/debit card, cash, bank transfer).

• Fees: £44-85 per session; first consultation £58.

• Prices may change with notice on our site.

3. Cancellation Policy

​

• 24 hours' notice required for full refund/reschedule.

• Less than 24 hours: 50% fee charged.

• No-shows: full fee.

• We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule with full refund if needed (e.g., illness). Late arrivals may shorten sessions without refund.

4. Client Responsibilities

​

• Provide full medical history (allergies, pregnancy, pacemakers, etc.).

• Arrive 5-10 minutes early; wear loose clothing.

• Follow aftercare advice (no hot baths, alcohol for 24 hours).

• Minors under 16 require guardian consent and presence.

5. Risks and Consent

​

Acupuncture/TCM is generally safe but may cause minor bruising, dizziness, or fatigue. By booking, you confirm:

• No contraindications (e.g., bleeding disorders).

• Consent to needling, cupping, and touch therapies.

• You can withdraw consent anytime. We carry full insurance.

6. Confidentiality

​

Your information is confidential under GDPR/UK Data Protection. We may share with your consent or if required by law (safeguarding). Session notes securely stored.

7. Liability

​

We provide treatments with reasonable care but cannot guarantee results. No liability for unforeseen reactions. Total liability limited to session fee.

9. Governing Law
